Due to the winning of a short term contract, out client is now looking for several Building Surveyors to carry out condition surveys for a number of commercial properties within East Anglia.This contract is due to carry on full time until March 2012.Surveys to carry out will include the following duties and responsibilities:Arranging appointments to visit the propertyWriting reports after the inspection has taken place, which includes covering the following aspects:• Introduction• Property Overview• Executive Summary• Main Findings• Remedial Works Summary• Building LimitationsAll applicants need to have the following skills and experience• Previous experience in a building surveying role• Relevant qualifications are essentially• Must have commercial buildings experience• IT Literate |  |
