An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Locum to join a Private Practice in the North East of England. The firm urgently requires a Locum, with previous Family experience, for approximately 2 to 3 months with the possibility of extension after this period.The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with previous experience dealing with a range of Family work to include Divorce and Ancillary Relief matters.You will be required to pick up and handle a busy caseload, deal with your own advocacy and cover court appointments when required. There is also some scope to get involved with on-going Childcare cases. You will be required to advocate the Family Proceedings Court which may also include Final Hearings.
