We currently have a position available for an Account Co-ordinator, managing a large corporate financial client with over 100 temporary workers. Ideal candidates will have a proven experience managing employees, be confident to deal with various Hr administrative tasks such as recruitment, dismissals and payroll. A key aspect to the role is to build strong client relationships, founded on trust and efficiency. Good communication skills are essential. We need someone who can work to strict SLAs regarding recruitment of new starters, be capable to balance and prioritise workload to meet deadlines whilst managing current employees, and must have a strong administrative background.This position is based on site at our clients Head Office in Belfast.This is a part time role working between 25 – 30 hrs per week.
