Previous experience of Lettings / Property Management is essential. In this role you will be responsible for managing the lettings portfolio, ensuring rents are paid on time and typing contracts. Duties will include receiving calls from tenants reporting maintenance queries, speaking to landlords concerning maintenance queries and agreeing a course of action, arranging agreed works with contractors, checking tenants are happy with completed jobs, booking management visits, chasing up outstanding repairs, signing, copying and sending out inventory reports to tenants and/or landlords, ensuring the correct number of keys are available for new tenants and general office administration to include general assistance cover of other roles as required.
